Goods are despatched within 7 - 10 days of the order.
Orders in the UK are despatched via Royal Mail second class post and overseas orders by Royal Mail's airmail printed papers service.
Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at the Beadworkers Guild Shop. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, however this does not apply to patterns as these are non-returnable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds Once we have received your item, we will need time to inspect, and will within 5 calendar days notify you of the status of the refund.
Once the return is approved for refund, we will initiate it via the original method of payment. You will therefore receive the credit within a certain number of days which is wholly dependant on your card / bank issuer policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, therefore if you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be dedicated from your refund.
