Beading Festival
We do love a party at The Beadworkers Guild! So, we would like to welcome you to our in-person Beading Festival, a biennial themed event, which alternates with The Great British Bead Show. The Beading Festival is a fun filled two-day (optional) event, working to a chosen theme to inspire our beadwork. If you are new to this event you will be welcomed by all and will soon become part of our beady family.

The Beadworkers Guild invite you to a day of beading fun at our biennal themed Bead-In event - a chance to meet beading friends of old and some you haven't met yet!
What's involved?
Working with your beading pals in one big room, you can choose to be inspired by the Japanese themed display of images, artifacts and oriental inspired beadwork, or if you prefer, you can work from our pre-prepared booklet full of patterns - kindly donated by a variety of talented bead designers. A full list of supplies required for this event will be available from March 2026.
As well as a fun day of beading you will also have the chance to socialise with your fellow beaders during our refreshment breaks both AM and PM, plus during a three course lunch.
